It`s now 1911 and we are standing in front of a factory, which is hosting mostly female workers. The conditions are tough and suddenly a fire breaks out in the factory. The female workers are trying to get out and save their own lives and the lives of their children, but the work leaders bar the doors and windows, letting more than 140 women burn to death inside. The event has a strong effect on the legislation and the rules about minimum working conditions.
