is a lot like buying a car apparently. There`s a 4 week waiting period. Sheesh.

In other news, I spent exactly two hours on the faculty, doing camera-work. Which would be perfectly nice and swell if these two hours would not be stretched from eight to ten o`clock in the morning.

I went to meet Maq at the Faculty of arts (FART) and as I was waiting for him, I noticed the most bizzare thing. You see this every day and you just don`t notice it.

There was a girl standing at the entrance, passing out leaflets for god knows what. Probably some junk mail. What made the whole thing so bizzare is that people that went by, took it without even looking. It was absolutely amazing. She should be passing out Ebola samples or the abridged version of Mein Kampf and nobody would notice. It was like a factory. Mass production.

I know it sounds cliche, but what is this world coming to? Are people really that automatized they do everything on a reflex? Does not anybody take a look anymore? This world is drowning in mass-produced items nobody really needs and we are doing exactly what we are told to do. We take stuff. We don`t need it, we don`t use it, we don`t even know what the hell it is. We just take, take, take. No distance, no evaluation, just gimme, gimme, gimme.

Something to ponder the next time you take a piece of paper you know you are not going to use.
