I like this L Files for the good English, smart humor (never lacking that!), and in general for the philosophy on new media technologies like blogs, which (philosophy) feels profound and suprisignly lived (- Slovene word would be “izživeto”) to me.
For the good English? I’m not saying it’s bad, but it’s hardly good enough to like the blog for.
As to The L Files – they are usually passionate, occasionally insightful, sometimes irritatingly wrong, their sense of humor is lousy (= different from mine) and there’s a lot of them.
Interesting blog, though it seems a bit hard to navigate though the stories like most other blogs.
It’s nice from what I’ve been able to read and nice to see others covering this area too as I also write about Ljubljana at my blog http://xyzone.wordpress.com

The L Files – slightly more than a few words.
